This year’s Omega TMM Peer-to-Peer Recognition Program brought unprecedented excitement, delivering not one but two ties in the Eagle Award and Aspiring Eagle Award categories. These honors highlight the incredible talent, dedication, and camaraderie of our team, reinforcing why Omega TMM continues to be a 5-time Top Workplace winner.
For the 2024 Eagle Award, congratulations to Tim Burlee (Regional Sales Manager) and Kyle Bush (Sales Engineer/ Development Representative). Both epitomize excellence, going above and beyond to support their colleagues, assist customers, and demonstrate the core Omega TMM values of OUR CUSTOMERS, PROCESS DISCIPLINE, INNOVATION, PROFESSIONALISM, and SAFETY. In an amazing twist, they even gave each other recognition chips in the final week!
The Aspiring Eagle Award, for employees coming within a chip or two of the Eagle spot, also saw a first-ever tie. Congratulations to Tyler Spindler (Assembly Technician) and Danielle Whitmire (Marketing Coordinator) for their exceptional contributions. These two exemplify teamwork, creativity, and commitment to pushing Omega TMM forward.
