Vic Wittels,
45 yrs
SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Vic Wittels has been at Omega TMM since we launched our first presetter over 45 years ago. In the decades of presetter evolution, he has contributed significantly to the development of the advanced tool measuring solutions that we know today. Vic’s passion for engineering and quality comes from a mastery of our business and determination that our customers always receive the best of the best. He is always ready to lend a hand and has mentored many engineers along the way, passing his intimate knowledge to the new generation in order to ensure a smooth transition.

Tim Shor,
25 yrs
SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER
Tim Shor, the fearless leader of our Software Engineering team, celebrates his 25th anniversary with Omega TMM. A quarter-century of dedication has seen Tim become an indispensable leader, ensuring the smooth and efficient development of our presetter software. Tim’s meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence have been instrumental in keeping our team aligned, enabling them to push technological boundaries and make our machines state-of-the-art. His leadership and engineering acumen consistently contribute to the company’s success and the satisfaction of our customers, ensuring that every iteration of Omega TMM’s software remains at the cutting edge. Tim’s experience, combined with his sense of humor and approach to leadership, inspires innovation and makes him a cornerstone of the Omega TMM family.

For 20 years, Matt has been instrumental in the development and functionality of our presetting software, working closely with our customers and our team along the way to ensure our presetters stay at the cutting edge of technology. His hard work, dedication and unwavering commitment to our Omega family have made a significant impact on our success! His innovative approach to different problem-solving opportunities makes our software department more exciting, often deserving “an extra chip”! His work not only improves the functionality of our machines but also enhances the overall experience for our users. Matt’s contribution to the software department’s legacy and his commitment to pushing technological boundaries make him an irreplaceable asset to the Omega TMM team, and we can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next.

15 years ago, Nick Wiktorski started working here at Omega TMM, and has been a vital force ever since. Renowned for his exceptional sales acumen, Nick effortlessly connects with clients, building instant rapport and fostering lasting relationships. It is no surprise that he has been awarded the Sales Person of the Year multiple times. His unwavering enthusiasm and commitment to delivering outstanding service is matched by his excellent communication skills, ensuring our customers are always informed and supported. Nick is also a familiar face at many of our trade shows, representing the Omega TMM brand and supporting our marketing team, bringing creative ideas and a sense of community to every event.

Patrick Quirk, our highly knowledgeable Applications Manager, is celebrating his 10th anniversary with Omega TMM this year. He started as a technician and worked his way up to Service Manager, then progressed to fielding the most complicated areas of measuring. His deep understanding of our applications and commitment to providing effective solutions have made him an essential member of the team. Patrick’s expertise in navigating complex technical challenges and his ability to deliver clear, insightful guidance to both colleagues and customers have significantly contributed to our success. His dedication ensures that our applications function seamlessly and meet the evolving needs of our users, making him an invaluable asset to Omega TMM.

SERVICE QUALITY SPECIALIST
Tim Burlee, who has held a variety of roles over the years, has been a consistent and dependable member of the Omega team for a decade. After spending 6 years in Oregon as our West Coast Regional Sales Manager and managing large accounts, we are grateful to have him back under the headquarter’s roof, assisting with Applications, Service, and any other areas as needed. He is great at connecting with customers, extremely knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of the practical functionality of our presetting machines and software. We’re grateful to have him and appreciate all the ways he goes above and beyond every single day.
