2023 Eagle Award and Aspiring Eagle Award Recipients: Mike Spindler & Matt Charnley
A standing ovation for the stars of the 2023 Omega TMM Peer to Peer recognition program!
This recognition is a shining example of Omega TMM being named a Top Workplace year after year.
This program exists as a way for our employees to recognize each other for going above and beyond the normal scope of their work, based on the core Omega TMM values of OUR CUSTOMERS, PROCESS DISCIPLINE, INNOVATION, PROFESSIONALISM, and SAFETY. In December, the employee with the most amount of recognition from the past year earns the Eagle Award.
This year, a new award was introduced: the Aspiring Eagle. This gave the opportunity other employees to receive a distinguished award, especially since the competition for the top spot came down to such a small margin. Going forward, an employee who comes within 1-2 chips of the Eagle spot will receive this award.
Congratulations to Matt Charnley (Sales Development Representative) the trailblazer awarded the very first Aspiring Eagle, a testament to his dedication and remarkable efforts. Not only did Matt assist numerous times with other departments, but also excelled and contributed to our growth and advancement of the John F. Nuccitelli Center for Customer Excellence. He consistently embodies the OmegaTMM values and his efforts deserved to be recognized!
Congratulations to Mike Spindler (Senior Assembly Technician) as he gracefully accepts the prestigious Eagle Award. Mike was constantly recognized for his exceptional contributions this year, from hitting the road for service missions, to assisting with tradeshow setup, to celebrating personal milestones, and filling in the gaps wherever they may be. He has extensive knowledge of our products, an indestructible work ethic, and he’s an invaluable member of the Omega TMM team – it would certainly not be the same without him!
Matt and Mike are just two stellar examples of the heartbeat of Omega TMM: its people.
