This year, Omega TMM proudly earned the title of #1 Top Workplace in Rochester, NY, a testament to our strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. In addition to this honor, we received the New Ideas Award, recognizing our commitment to fostering creativity and continuous improvement across the company.

We celebrated this culture with team-building activities, holiday parties, and the Eagle Award, which recognized employees who embody Omega’s values and go above and beyond in their roles.

2024 saw incredible growth within our team. We welcomed new hires, including Melissa Fasy and Sean Lounsberry, who brought fresh expertise to our operations. Kyle Bush was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, reflecting our focus on nurturing talent and rewarding dedication.
Meet MICRON: The Face of Eagle Eye Precision
2024 introduced MICRON, our bald eagle mascot symbolizing precision, strength, and American craftsmanship. MICRON embodies our new theme, Eagle Eye Precision, which highlights the ultra-accurate measurement and reliability of Omega TMM’s solutions.
MICRON made a grand debut at IMTS 2024, quickly becoming a show favorite and a visual representation of the values that define Omega TMM. MICRON isn’t just a mascot; he’s a symbol of our unwavering commitment to excellence.
Innovation on Display: IMTS 2024
IMTS 2024 in Chicago was a cornerstone event for Omega TMM, where we unveiled our newest innovations under the theme Eagle Eye Precision.
Our booth featured:
