Omega TMM’s BaByQ 2025
Celebrating Family, Teamwork, and Future Makers
At Omega TMM, we recently pressed pause on production to host a BaByQ, a joyful afternoon celebrating two of our own as they prepare to become new dads. As a Top Workplace, we believe it’s vital to celebrate the ones we work with, and the ones we’re working for.
This special event honored Senior Assembly Technician Mike Spindler and his wife Stephanie, who are expecting twins, and Production Planner Mark Johnson and his wife April, who are getting ready to welcome a baby boy.
The BaByQ was a true Omega-style celebration, complete with:
- Gifts, games, and a raffle
- Plenty of laughs and a baby-themed competition
- A full BBQ lunch prepared and served by our team
- Surprise visit from our eagle-eyed mascot, MICRON
- Cameo appearance by Mister, our beloved shop dog
It was a lighthearted afternoon that reminded us how family is the most important thing and strong teams are built through hard work but fortified through support, celebration, and shared joy.
As Father’s Day weekend is in the rearview, we’re proud to recognize and uplift the incredible dads (and dads-to-be) who help shape the culture of Omega TMM. Here’s to Mike, Mark, and all the fathers in our extended Omega family who are shaping and bringing up the next generation of makers.
