On October 15, 2025, we mark a milestone that few leaders achieve: Mike Nuccitelli’s 35th anniversary at Omega TMM. Mike’s leadership reaches beyond the factory floor. He stands as a pillar within Rochester’s business community, a longtime advocate and supporter of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce and many numerous boards and organizations. So on Bosses Day eve, as the Omega TMM family celebrates its leader, we’ve also aligned our celebration with Support Your Chamber Day, honoring the connections and community infrastructure that make local business possible.

Mike’s tenure spans decades of transformation, from the era of Parlec (our founding lineage) to the modern Omega TMM of today. Under his guidance, we’ve built on a firm foundation of American-made precision. Every Omega TMM machine is designed, engineered, and manufactured at our Fairport, NY facility, just a stone’s throw from the historic Erie Canal, a symbol of innovation and connectivity in this region.
